Some things are easier to carry when you hear someone else say them first. Our community lives in small groups, each one led by a licensed therapist.

The ground rules

Every group runs on these. The therapist will remind everyone at the start.

  1. What’s said here, stays here. No screenshots, no recordings, no “you won’t believe what someone said in my group”.
  2. First names only. Nobody sees your surname, number or email. Camera off is fine.
  3. Share when you’re ready, or never. Listening is taking part.
  4. No selling, preaching or fixing. Speak from your own experience, not about someone else’s.
  5. Look after each other. If someone seems at risk, the therapist steps in. People who break these rules are removed and refunded.

Why there’s no open forum

We decided against one. Unmoderated spaces can do real harm to people who are already struggling, and we’d rather do fewer things properly. Every group has a professional in the room, every time.

For campuses, workplaces and chamas

Want a talk or a private group for your students, team or chama? Exam pressure, burnout, grief, money stress: our therapists can run sessions shaped around your people.
